When you use RepostPlease, we collect:

• YouTube account data: Your YouTube channel ID and OAuth tokens (access and refresh tokens) to upload videos on your behalf.
• TikTok account data: Your TikTok username and, if you connect via TikTok Login Kit, your TikTok OAuth tokens to access your video library.
• Video metadata: Titles, URLs, and thumbnail URLs of your TikTok videos, as well as the YouTube video IDs of uploaded Shorts.
• Preferences: Your settings such as check interval, auto-discover preference, and keyword filters.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide the cross-posting service:

• Download your TikTok videos
• Process them for YouTube Shorts format
• Upload them to your YouTube channel
• Track which videos have been posted to avoid duplicates

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or any purpose beyond providing the Service.

3. Data Storage

Your account data and video metadata are stored in a database on our servers. OAuth tokens are stored to maintain your connected accounts. Video files are temporarily stored during processing and deleted immediately after upload.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with:

• Google/YouTube: For OAuth authentication and video uploads. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• TikTok: For OAuth authentication and video access. Subject to TikTok's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and video metadata for as long as you use the Service. If you delete your account or revoke access, we will delete your stored data. Temporary video files are deleted immediately after processing.

6. Your Rights

You can:

• Revoke YouTube access through Google Account settings
• Revoke TikTok access through TikTok's app settings
• Request deletion of your data by contacting us
• Export your data by contacting us

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure token storage. However, no system is perfectly secure.

8. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the Service.
