1. Service Description

RepostPlease ("the Service") allows users to cross-post their own TikTok videos to YouTube Shorts. The Service downloads videos from the user's TikTok account and uploads them to the user's YouTube channel.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the owner of the TikTok and YouTube accounts you connect. You must have the right to distribute any content you cross-post through the Service.

3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of your videos. By using the Service, you authorize us to temporarily download, process, and re-upload your videos to your connected YouTube account on your behalf. We do not claim any rights to your content.

4. Account Access

The Service requires OAuth access to your YouTube account (for uploading) and your TikTok account (for accessing your videos). You can revoke this access at any time through the respective platform's settings. We store OAuth tokens securely and use them only to perform the cross-posting you've requested.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to cross-post content you do not own or have rights to
• Use the Service to violate YouTube's or TikTok's terms of service
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the Service

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any content policy violations, account suspensions, or other consequences arising from your use of the Service. Video processing may alter quality or format.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason. You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your accounts.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
